Hidesign is India's pioneering luxury leather brand, handcrafting premium bags and accessories since 1978. With a heritage of sustainable craftsmanship and artisanal excellence, they needed a digital experience that matched their physical product quality. Luxury leather goods rely heavily on texture, craftsmanship, and material quality—elements traditionally experienced through touch. Hidesign needed an e-commerce platform that could convey premium quality through screens, build trust for high-value purchases, and compete with both luxury brands and fast-fashion alternatives. The design had to appeal to discerning customers while remaining accessible and conversion-focused for broader market reach.

Scalable component library with 200+ elements ensuring consistency across touchpoints, featuring elegant typography hierarchy, sophisticated color palette reflecting leather tones, and modular components enabling rapid page creation.
Grid layouts optimized for product discovery with smart filtering, hover effects revealing alternate views, quick-add functionality, and visual indicators for bestsellers and new arrivals maximizing browse-to-click conversion rates.


Product Detail Pages
Immersive product storytelling with multi-angle imagery zoom, leather texture close-ups, size comparison tools, and craftsmanship details that build value perception and reduce purchase hesitation for luxury items.
Frictionless cart design with persistent mini-cart, intelligent upsell suggestions, clear pricing breakdowns, and guest checkout options that reduced abandonment rates while maintaining average order value.

Brand Translation
We studied Hidesign's 45-year heritage to understand their craftsmanship values, analyzed competitor luxury e-commerce experiences, and created mood boards that captured the essence of handcrafted leather in digital form. The design language evolved from their atelier aesthetic—warm, authentic, and timelessly elegant.


Principals
Mix of colors conveys special atmosphare of the website and attracts attention, expression meaning and earns a customer’s loyalty. Also, we built the library of cutomizable UI components.
