Digital Transformation for Industrial Logistics Platform
LinqHaul is an enterprise logistics platform specializing in heavy industry supply chain management for mining and manufacturing sectors. When we partnered with them, they needed a digital presence that could communicate complex logistics solutions to enterprise clients while showcasing their technology's capability to transform traditional supply chain operations. We designed and developed their complete digital ecosystem, from marketing website to product interfaces.
The Context
Industrial logistics companies face unique challenges in communicating technical capabilities to diverse stakeholders—from C-suite executives to operations managers. LinqHaul needed a website that could effectively demonstrate their platform's value for mining operations, manufacturing supply chains, and heavy transport management. Additionally, their existing app and dashboard interfaces required modernization to improve user adoption and operational efficiency for their enterprise clients.

Design Process
& Methodology
We conducted stakeholder interviews to understand the complexity of industrial logistics, analyzed competitor platforms in the B2B space, and mapped user journeys for different buyer personas. Our research revealed that trust and credibility were paramount for enterprise buyers, requiring a design that balanced innovation with reliability.
The design language combines industrial strength with technological sophistication. We used a color palette inspired by mining and manufacturing—deep blues, steel grays, and accent oranges that convey both safety and innovation. Typography choices balance professionalism with approachability, while custom icons simplify complex logistics concepts.
For the website, we implemented progressive disclosure, revealing technical details as users show interest. The app and dashboard designs follow a task-oriented approach, prioritizing actions that drivers and managers perform most frequently while hiding complexity behind intelligent defaults.
