Sales Associate - Commission-Based

We're looking for a Sales Associate to help us bring in new clients: founders, product leads, marketing heads, and agency partners who need a serious design and engineering team behind them.

WordPress Developer

We're hiring a WordPress Developer to build and maintain client websites. WordPress is one of our most frequent project types: custom themes, WooCommerce stores, government portals, content-heavy marketing sites. You'll work end-to-end with designers and project leads, from Figma handoff through launch and ongoing maintenance.

React Native / Mobile Developer

We're hiring a React Native Developer to work on cross-platform mobile apps. We build and maintain apps across iOS and Android, including Abstruct (1.5M+ downloads). You'll work on new apps from kickoff through App Store and Play Store launch, and on ongoing updates to live apps with real user bases.

UI/UX Designer (Figma)

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to lead product design on web and mobile projects. Almost every GrandWorks engagement starts with design: wireframes, prototypes, design systems, then handoff to development. You'll work directly with clients (founders, product leads) and our developers to take projects from rough idea to launched product.

Screening

Our hiring team checks your application for completeness, missing info and run it through a review checklist.

Interview

Once that is cleared, you will be invited to a Video call with an interview panel at a time that is convenient to you.

Hired

After the interview, you will receive a formal offer to join our team. This usually is within 2-3 days after the interview.
