GrandWorks is a design and development studio based in Goa, India. We build websites, mobile apps, and digital products for startups, established brands, and government bodies. Our work includes projects for Spotify, OnePlus, United Nations Development Programme, Borosil, and Dagens Opinion. Our flagship app, Abstruct, has crossed 1.5M downloads, and a few of our client relationships are now in their fourth or fifth year.

We're looking for a Sales Associate to help us bring in new clients: founders, product leads, marketing heads, and agency partners who need a serious design and engineering team behind them.
This is a commission-based role. Your earnings are tied to the projects you close. No cap.
What you'll do
Identify and reach out to potential clients who need design or development support (founders, product leads, marketing heads, agency partners). Pitch GrandWorks' work across web, mobile, Framer, WordPress, React Native, and AI chatbot builds. Close deals or set up warm introductions that turn into paid projects.

Ideal background
Business development, sales, agency new-business, partnerships, or recruiting. You know how to open doors and run a conversation through to a close. Experience in design, tech, or with creative agencies is helpful but not required.
