GrandWorks is a design and development studio based in Goa, India. We build websites, mobile apps, and digital products for startups, established brands, and government bodies. Our work includes projects for Spotify, OnePlus, United Nations Development Programme, Borosil, and Dagens Opinion. Our flagship app, Abstruct, has crossed 1.5M downloads, and a few of our client relationships are now in their fourth or fifth year.

We're hiring a React Native Developer to work on cross-platform mobile apps. We build and maintain apps across iOS and Android, including Abstruct (1.5M+ downloads). You'll work on new apps from kickoff through App Store and Play Store launch, and on ongoing updates to live apps with real user bases.
What you'll do
Build cross-platform mobile apps with React Native, end-to-end. Ship to the App Store and Play Store, and handle release management. Integrate with backends (Supabase, Firebase, REST/GraphQL APIs). Drop into native iOS or Android code when a build needs it. Maintain and improve existing apps, including crash reports, analytics, and performance work.
Ideal background
2+ years shipping React Native apps that are live on the App Store or Play Store. Comfortable with TypeScript, navigation libraries, and modern RN tooling. Worked with at least one backend stack (Supabase, Firebase, Node, or similar). Familiar with native iOS/Android build processes and basic native bridging. Portfolio links or App Store listings we can look at.
