15 years of WordPress,
the hard parts included

Why We're a WordPress-First Studio
We've been working with WordPress for over 15 years, building custom sites, contributing to the community, and staying close to how the platform evolves. It's the foundation most of our web projects are built on.
More recently, we've also been working with Framer CMS. Both have their place: WordPress is the better fit when you need flexibility, custom functionality, or a serious e-commerce setup; Framer works well for simpler, design-led sites where speed of publishing matters most. We're comfortable with both and will recommend whichever makes more sense for the project.

What we build with WordPress

Custom Plugin Development
Custom WordPress and Shopify plugins built for your exact business logic. Payment flows, custom checkout, anything off-the-shelf can't handle.

Custom Theme Development
Themes built from scratch to match your brand and your team's workflow. WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopify. No marketplace templates.

WooCommerce & Subscriptions
Recurring billing, delivery scheduling, customer self-service, multi-currency. The kind of subscription work we shipped for Träningsmat in Sweden.

Multisite & Enterprise
Multisite setups, multi-brand operations, inventory across locations, role-based access. Built for teams running more than one storefront.

Headless & Modern Frontends
WordPress, Shopify, or Strapi as the backend. Next.js, Nuxt, or Framer on the front. Faster sites, better Core Web Vitals, the data layer your team already knows.

Global Commerce
Multi-currency, multi-language, multi-region. Credit cards, digital wallets, buy-now-pay-later, even crypto. Tax and shipping rules handled per region.
How we approach WordPress
Fifteen years of building on WordPress has made us opinionated. Here's how we think about the platform.
On Gutenberg and page builders
We avoid page builders by default. Gutenberg with ACF Pro gives the client a clean editorial experience without the performance cost or vendor lock-in. We work in Elementor when a client wants it, or when we inherit a site that's already on it.
On plugins
We try to build with code first, plugins second. Every plugin is another dependency, another update cycle, another way a site can break. We use the well-built ones (WooCommerce, Yoast, ACF Pro, WP Rocket) and write the rest ourselves.
On ACF and custom blocks
ACF Pro is standard on every build. Custom Gutenberg blocks built as ACF Blocks. A well-built ACF setup is the difference between a CMS the team enjoys and one they avoid.
One opinion on how we work
The biggest mistake we see is treating launch as the finish line. A site that ships in good shape and then sits untouched is a site that's slowly breaking. Good WordPress work is continuous, especially for e-commerce, where the difference between a maintained site and a neglected one shows up in revenue.
On where WordPress is going
WordPress runs over 40% of the web. It isn't dying, it's evolving. The plugin sprawl and dashboard experience need work, but in an AI era where clients want a stable, well-documented CMS that doesn't depend on a single vendor's roadmap, WordPress has a clear edge.
